Aptly and appropriately named, this off the main path delight is straight forward but still adequate options.St.louis style ribs and red bean chili are both great. Have the chili with a spike on top, mix it up and try and forget just how bad it is outside the location in seattle.
It took me 8 years to find a taste of Texas bbq in seattle, and they never disappoint. Whenever I'm there, im home. Hole pile for a stomach slam, or beef brisket sandwich to wash your worries away.
