This place makes a great vegan sandwich. It's sustainable and locally sourced. The ciabatta bread they used is also 100% plant based and soft on inside which I like. Would definitely reccomend for a quick bite on the go.
Preordered for a group of 9. Walked in, picked up my order from the counter, and left. Very easy, very smooth process and really delicious sandwiches! My office gets lunch from here a lot but first time ordering and picking up myself and it was great.

Nice lunch spot with plenty of vegan/GF options. I got a GF pesto chicken sandwich. Even though it was lunchtime, I only waited about 5 mins. The sandwich was still warm about 5-10 mins later when I had a chance to eat it and it was really good! It was a little expensive but that seems to be a theme for Seattle.Dietary restrictions: GF/vegetarian/vegan
