I really like the pastry. Croissant is very well laminated. My problem is the operations hours (evaluated as service here). I’d expect - mainly on working days - that a bakery would be open before 8am. It’s frustrating and inaccessible for people who work regular working hours.
A mainstay in Columbia City with regular weekend lines around the block, this bakery offers well-executed classics plus some creative twists and flavor combinations. I visited on a weekday to avoid the crowds and that's what I'd recommend!

Ive never had a bad treat from here, but a few of their shining goods: PB cookies, focaccia, and ham & cheese croissant. This is the best peanut butter cookie I’ve ever had! It’s so easy to make a bad peanut butter cookie, which is why, imho, they’re so under-appreciated. However, CC Bakery knows the secret to an excellent PB cookie!
