Visited Seattle from New York and had to come out to support. The atmosphere and the host were amazing. They gave great customer service. The food is very different with a plethora of flavors and textures. I'm no big on spice to some items were a lot for me. The HOCAKES! I would fly back to Seattle for, they are AMAZING! This is definitely a place you should come to try.

The fried pork chops were amazing. The fried chicken wings were delicious. The macoroni-n-cheese was so good. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. It was very pricey though. We spent $940 for 7 people.
Probably the best meal I've had in Seattle. Dumplings were perfectly executed. The hoe cakes were a textural and flavor delight. The ramen-ish was incredible, and I've never in my life said that of a ramen-related dish from a non-ramen-specialist spot. The catfish was incredible, speaking as someone who's spent a year in New Orleans and 2 in Atlanta.
