We ate dinner here in Seattle and I must say it was amazing! Oscar was our server and he was wonderful and a sommelier so his wine recommendations were spot on for what we like. The food was such a treat. We could not believe how delicious the food was! We have eaten at some amazing places all over the world and this was amazing. I would highly recommend and for what we had the cost was such a bargain.

Cute restaurant in a boutique hotel. We were visiting from out of town. The restaurant is also separate from the hotel. Food was delicious and had a vegetarian option. Reggie, our server, was so nice and attentive. If we visit Seattle again we will definitely be back. I suggest trying the Harissa carrot appetizer.

We had dinner at Conversation. The chowder was delicious as was the arugula salad. We also ordered the steak frites which was also good, prepared medium rare as requested. Our server, Oscar, was the managing several tables and kept up a pleasant and attentive demeanor. We appreciated that the background music was not too loud so we could also enjoy a conversation while dining.
The tables themselves are worn and tired looking; time to update them.
