We had high hopes for this based on the numerous positive reviews. The food was fresh and smelled delicious. However, after the first bite, we were all struck by a very familiar taste, Safeway’s fried chicken. The breading, texture, and taste were all reminiscent of Safeway’s. The chicken itself was juicy, which was a positive point. But the more we ate it, the more we couldn’t help but compare it to Safeway.
Took the 3 piece tender combo. Comes with plenty of fries which I really liked but they need some salt imo. The mac & cheese was alright and the tenders very juicy, maybe I should had take the spicy ones coz again I missed just a lil more flavor.
