Having lived in Quebec for many years, I have very high standards for French cuisine. However, Copine became my favorite French restaurant in Seattle from the very first bite of the amuse-bouche. This restaurant deserves far more recognition than it currently receives

Copine is the best! They are very considerate. The atmosphere is good. And the food. Oh the food. I love every single dish they serve. And they never disappoint. And I come with my wife every month almost. The wine pairing is also really really great. Loved every bite and every minute of it. Always a great time. They deserve to be seen by more people.
