Perfectly toasted bagels, lightly crisp on the outside and slightly chewy inside! The staff is extremely friendly and kind. There’s no indoor seating, but there are three picnic benches outside. There’s also a single restroom that was clean and spacious enough that I felt comfortable using it with my two young kids.
Best bagel spot in Seattle. It stacks up well to NYC bagels. The bagels are airy and have great texture.

Old Salt offers tasty bagels, often topped with dried salmon and fish. Cream cheese is a favorite, though sometimes lacking. The bagels are quick to serve and 10/10. Prices can be a bit pricey, but the experience is worth it. Staff are friendly and quick, and there is cute outdoor seating. The place is simple, tasty, and good at what they do.
