Corvus is hands down my favorite bar in Capitol Hill! The bartenders and servers are so friendly and the interior is really fun (spooky vibes). The drinks are reasonably priced and always made well, and I constantly want to go back for their dumplings and fries. I like how they'll switch up their menus too for the seasons, so there's always something new to try.
came here after dinner to celebrate my engagement, and loved the vibes. Dark, sultry, romantic vibes. We didn’t think that music played matched the vibe (early 2000s pop mixed with old school country?), but that’s just opinion. Anyways, I accidentally spilled my drink on the table. My fiancé let him know we spilled and needed napkins. The server came over, immediately annoyed, (we had purchased plenty food and 2 each drinks prior) and told us to get up and move to another...
We’ve been to this bar a couple of times and would highly recommend. Great moody, cocktail bar vibe with delicious dumplings, katsu chicken and other Asian fusion bites. We ordered cocktails from the menu, which were very good. We also requested custom drinks that were balanced and well made.
