We have been ordering from this place for a year now. The past three times have been disappointing. One order is always delivered wrong. It's either not what we ordered at all or missing something. One time, we ordered biscuits and graving and got round sausages and scrambled eggs. Another time, we ordered sausage, eggs, and toast and got a ham scramble with burnt bits of hashbrowns. We formally really enjoy getting food from here for brunch, but it's been constantly inconsistent. It's like no one is paying attention when sending out the food.
There are two stars because we have been refunded for the mistakes, but the fact that it keeps happening on different items is why I have made this review.

First time here and had a really good meal. Plenty of options to choose from. The staff were very attentive and friendly. There was a nice vibe to the place, and it wasn't crowded when I went so, we were able to sit and get served pretty quickly.

Delicious food and great service and pretty decent prices for Seattle would definitely recommend getting the bottomless mimosas they are so good!

This restaurant was very disappointing. Lunch cost two if us $50 for two sandwiches and a side salad. The gyro and the Monte Cristo were both poorly prepared, the canned cranberry sauce on the MC was terrible and the gyro tasted like raw onions and oregano. Neither of us could even finish it was too much.
The wait staff was incredibly friendly but was the only person there. So when a talkative customer comes up there's no other service in the restaurant.
The atmosphere was quiet and the place wasn't poorly decorated, though it was very dated. This place feels like it's on its absolute last legs and might be better if it just moved on. We left unhappy and likely will not be back.

Really amazing caramel banana french toast. The homemade caramel was sooo good! Also the waittress Valerie deserves a raise, because she was the only one staffed and was really running around to get everyone served quickly. Thank you!!

Passed by the place hundreds of times; and finally decided to give this local business a try. My breakfast meal wasn't very good, and the price for it was high (sure, I might defend the high cost due to inflation, whatever...). I should give the place another chance, yes? Sure, I'll find time and give Costas one more try; and see if more stars get added or knock off.
Great food & friendly service! Decently priced. Breakfast served all day & Greek food yummmm. Only marked down because the bathroom was small & not very clean, chairs were a little dated & hurt my hand scooting mine forward.

Ordered food from Uber eats here and it was terrible. It tasted like it was cooked yesterday and left out on the counter. Couldn’t eat it and they forgot our drinks we ordered. Tried calling to get it fixed and they said their phone was broken. Just absolutely disgusting food and place.
