Stayed in the Hilton here attached to the restaurant and had breakfast here every morning. Ramon made our experience so enjoyable. He was our server almost everyday we were there. If he wasn't our server he was making sure we got pristine service. I work in the food service industry and people like him make all the difference. Thanks again Ramon for being amazing!!

I was a guest at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Seattle and ate breakfast here both Saturday & Sunday mornings. The only meals I had were French toast, waffles and pancakes with eggs (scrambled/poached). Quality of food is excellent. The nice thing is coffee is complimentary even though I was expecting they'd charge it to my bill. Pros. Excellent customer centric wait staff. Must have an awesome cook/chef as hot breakfast items were really good. Wide selection of hot items and a chef's special each morning.
Cons. Ran out of cereal on my 1st breakfast....
