Breakfast buffet felt like a SCAM $26 per person for the types of food you can get at a seedy hotel free breakfast, burnt coffee, and no inclusion of waffles or Pancakes in the breakfast even - they're $14 each on top of the buffet cost. Don't recommend at all!

I had a pretty bad experience with the food. I ordered the craft burger. The buns were so old and rubbery that I struggled to bite through them or cut them with the provided knife. I eventually just gave up and ate the patty without the buns. The patty itself was pretty disappointing too. The toppings were fine though. The fries served with it were all so burnt that most of them were basically inedible. The photo captures all the inedible food I had leftover.

I was a guest at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Seattle and ate breakfast here both Saturday & Sunday mornings. The only meals I had were French toast, waffles and pancakes with eggs (scrambled/poached). Quality of food is excellent. The nice thing is coffee is complimentary even though I was expecting they'd charge it to my bill. Staff was very prompt, friendly and excellent in handling orders and answering any questions one might have. Despite me thinking the total for waffles & french toast would come to around $40, somehow I was charged $20 total (with tip included). If you stay at this hotel, you must at least have the breakfast here.

I strongly suggest to avoid the $26 breakfast buffet. It doesn't even include omelettes from the omelette station. Just super-basic options of toast-yourself bagels bread slices, cereal, oatmeal, scrambled eggs, scrambled egg whites, and sausage scrambled. Their "breakfast potatoes" were just soggy fries. Coffee, Orange juice, and apple juice were the beverage options. The room was clean and the service was pretty low-touch. I don't think it was worth the price. I've seen better Indian buffets for under $20.

Alyssa was great. Fast service and was on top of things. She also made great drinks. I liked my food as well.

Fast service, great atmosphere and affordable! The people were friendly and the choices of aperitif were many!

The Hostess is great. The food not great, I ordered flat bread with pepperoni, sauage, and basil. No peperoni, unless it was chopped up, but still could not taste it.

Hotel bar and restaurant. Expensive for what you get, but convenient if you're staying there.

We came here as we're staying in the Hilton Garden Inn and honestly we were too tired to look elsewhere. However we were not disappointed in the least and ended very pleased with our choice. Let's be clear, it's not gourmet cuisine, it's standard bar fare, but tasty enough and good value for money. The staff were all very welcoming and Monique, our server, couldn't have been friendlier or more attentive. I should also mention the ambience. For two tired travellers it was just what was needed; relaxed and easygoing. All in all, a very pleasant (and unexpected!) experience for a hotel restaurant. I'd come again should the opportunity arise.

I stopped here to grab a fork and you would've thought I was asking the bartender Frankie for a kidney. After waiting at the bar for 4min without acknowledgement while he made drinks I said hello since he was standing in front of me and asked him for a a fork. When he didn't respond I clarified just a plastic fork and he said he'd be right with me. He then proceeded to deliver all the drinks, come back, hand me the cutlery and when I thanked him didn't say anything in response. If it was this frustrating getting a fork I'd hate to see what happened if I ordered a drink.

Just spent $40 on a lukewarm TV dinner that I didn't care to finish and a watered down cocktail. The place looks nice - that's about it.

This bar is located in the Hilton garden Inn in downtown in Seattle. Yes it is a hotel bar. Yes I was staying in the hotel. However, I didnt keep coming to this bar because it was convenient. Kai is a bomb a** bartender. She made me some of the best drinks I've had and the service she provided was stellar. She works Friday ,Saturday, Sunday and Monday nights 4 to 9pm. So trust me... stop by If you want to be served by a talented, professional, and gorgeous bartender in a clean and well stocked enviroment.

Stayed at the Hilton and was blown away by the quality of this place. Kind staff, good local drinks and good food, particularly the flatbread.

Extremely, extremely terrible service. One bar tender working, hurriedly asked what we wanted after we waited twenty minutes without ever getting a menu. Also, weird vibes, feels like an airport lounge at best
