Fast service and no wait time (we were there on a random Wednesday). Mango Cosmo was very smooth and delicious. Beer was as expected. Flatbread was perfectly fine but nothing special. Great service.
Something is off this time. I stayed at HGI for a week, my third stay in 2 years. Bfast is Buffet style with an ala carte option. I just small sampled the hot items and mostly had the cold and continental items.
Pros. Excellent customer centric wait staff. Must have an awesome cook/chef as hot breakfast items were really good. Wide selection of hot items and a chef's special each morning.
Cons. Ran out of cereal on my 1st breakfast....

Stayed in the Hilton here attached to the restaurant and had breakfast here every morning. Ramon made our experience so enjoyable. He was our server almost everyday we were there. If he wasn't our server he was making sure we got pristine service. I work in the food service industry and people like him make all the difference. Thanks again Ramon for being amazing!!
