I was a guest at Hilton Garden Inn Downtown Seattle and ate breakfast here both Saturday & Sunday mornings. The only meals I had were French toast, waffles and pancakes with eggs (scrambled/poached). Quality of food is excellent. The nice thing is coffee is complimentary even though I was expecting they'd charge it to my bill. We came here as we're staying in the Hilton Garden Inn and honestly we were too tired to look elsewhere. However we were not disappointed in the least and ended very pleased with our choice. Let's be clear, it's not gourmet cuisine, it's standard bar fare, but tasty enough and good value for money. I had a pretty bad experience with the food. I ordered the craft burger.The buns were so old and rubbery that I struggled to bite through them or cut them with the provided knife. I eventually just gave up and ate the patty without the buns.The patty itself was pretty disappointing too. The toppings were fine though.The fries served with it were all so burnt that most of them were basically inedible.The photo captures all the inedible food I had leftover.
