Went to a wonderful Drag Brunch today during the Pride Parade. The food was delicious with lots of variety. Mimosas, Espresso martinis, Jell-O shots, great service and live entertainment. What more can you ask for?!
Food was great but service was extremely slow. We had a large group so it is understandable that it might take a bit drinks or food to come out. That being said, it was not busy and we sat for probably 20 mins before anyone even came by to fill our water. When a server finally did, she spilled a significant amount of water on the table and said she'd come back to wipe it up, she never returned. The food was great; however, one meal (a salad) came out long after all the others....
We went for the Valentine's prix fixe and it was a delightful way to spend our holiday. We were seated right away, about 10 minutes before our reservation. The tables were spaced far enough apart for it to feel extemely intimate. With the white walls and bright bar lights, I was concerned it would feel bright and sterile and not intimate, but the lights over the tables served just the right balance so it didn't feel clinical.
