My respects to d la Santa simple and good I would spend 500$ on food at el asadero o fBallard in Seattle and they would not attend you good my respects to you guys big time cause you guys don’t care if it’s a 200$ steak or a 10$ horchata you always great everyone good respectful it’s not about the money it’s about the clientes that’s go and come back to make you more money so good job de la Santa you’ll see me here...
The food was good even though we had the chile en nogada which was not in its full traditional recipe. I do acknowledge that this is an extremely rare and complex dish which when done correctly can be extremely expensive. I want to say thats the reasoning for modification. Regardless I still encourage you to enjoy
