Daniel's Broiler - Leschi

Consistently good steak, and excellent service. We sat outside, thinking this would be nice on a sunny Sunday afternoon. However, it's very casual, lots of spiders, webs, and the view from our table was very limited. I would sit inside next time and enjoy the spectacular view of Bellevue or Mt Ranier, neither of which we could see from our outside table.

Great choice for a Saturday night dinner. Surprisingly they were not busy, but that just allowed us to get over-the-top exceptional service and care from Franklin and the rest of the team. Steak was superb as as well as as the bacon wrapped scallops! Weather and view was phenomenal!

Daniels Leshi is the original and still shines. The new deck is a gem to enjoy a nice evening on Lake Washington

We love this restaurant because the service and food is excellent. The seating is comfortable, great view of the water and Bellevue looking east and the space is more intimate feeling. You can dress up or be casual and still feel welcome. You can eat in the dining or bar area and both are great choices. On a nice day there is seating on the deck. Our server Michael has been there 10 years and we really enjoy him. We are always happy to get him as our waiter.

Great view of Lake Washington and Eastside, charming dock for boat parking, relaxed atmosphere, every menu item was delicious, courteous service.

The kitchen and the service are outstanding at Daniel's in Leschi. The quietness makes it possible to fully enjoy the conversation. No need to shout. A bit expensiveI, but for a reason. I love the place.

Something must have been amiss in the kitchen. Our service was INCREDIBLY slow. It's an expensive, special occasion place (and we were there to celebrate a graduation), but to have the service be so terribly slow definitely takes something away from the experience.

The food was amazing but Kramer was an absolute all star! Our group was amazed by his service!

Outstanding lakeside location at Leschi. Superb steaks, appetizers and side dishes. Finished off with coconut caramel desert with outstanding attentive service. Always a favorite!

I’ve been eating here for like 15 years and lately the food is just not as good. I ordered 2 steak bites and the bagel chips (as a snack for this week) and the steak was kinda dry and not the best texture, for $25 and that small of a portion I would hope it would be better. Also for some reason the bagel chips have a weird burnt olive oil smell and aftertaste and I don’t think there is enough hummus to make them edible. Feels like a waste of money and makes me really sad because I’ve always loved all of the Daniel’s Broiler locations

Awh this was a disappointing experience for such a hyped restaurant in my mind. The experience, wait staff, food etc didn’t not justify the price tag. The steak, exceptional. The sides pretty average. The ambiance wonderful. It’s quite old school, classic. But the staff experience was lacking. I think I would have paid $100+ but spending $200+ a person, I had higher expectations

So disappointed. Went for a friend’s birthday. I regret not ordering from the bar menu. Not that it was any better than the main menu, just cheaper for the same boring food. We ordered steak, lamb, tuna, pork chop, Brussels, chicken sandwiches. The food was pretty bad. The pork chop was awful. We were all starving and so hungry that we had eaten too much of our meals to send food back and really everyone couldn’t send back their food. The service was ok. The waiters were nice enough but not super attentive. I won’t go to another of these restaurants. I got the pear cocktail and it was gritty and my friend commented that it looked like it had been sipped because it was super low and we got the same drink. Expensive place for low quality and bland boring food and drinks. The mandatory 20% service charge on every bill is a bit much, plus you still need to add a tip because the waiter only receives 10% of the service charge. I don’t understand the point, especially when the food is already overpriced and subpar. The chandelier is pretty.

Amazing everything! Great location and views! Bone in rib eye is to die for. Mother’s Day must.

It has been a long time since I went here.

The food was ok, but the view and the service here was better. I had a NY strip steak and garlic mashed potatoes. This place has a gorgeous view of Bellevue and Mount Rainier. This restaurant is definitely a place I would recommend taking a loved one to if you wanted to treat them to a special occasion and an expensive meal.
