We came in late to have a few cocktails. Sam was an amazing bartender and offered so many insights into the liqueurs and cocktails. He knew everything that he was talking about and led with confidence. It was fun to watch him create delicious cocktails and be so passionate about his craft.
We walked into the bar without planning it and I'm glad we did because it was an incredible experience.

The food was divine. Our waiter, Bryan, was personable and friendly. He was helpful in suggesting drinks. Ask for Bryan when you visit. He will take care of you and make you feel like family. We ordered a smorgasbord of food for two birthdays! He just made our evening. Thank you, Bryan!!!

Bryan was so great! I walked in for my birthday (early, without a reservation, on a weekday) and we were treated so well! Bryan made great drinks, good recommendations, and really elevated the experience - including avoiding obnoxious allergies and taking drink requests that weren't on the menu. Definitely recommend the quesadillas and the pork.

Was excited to visit this place tonight on behalf of my close friend's choice for my birthday dinner. Upon arrival we were half greeted at the door by a great value version of Tom Sandoval. We had reservations, but instead of being properly approached we were met with, "three of you?". He must have felt like he did God's service of placing us at a more intimate table (by the storage closet) rather than by the entry door. Once seated, he followed up to take our order. I ordered my drink and food after confirming we were ready for all, and he said to me "is that ALL for you?" ... We tried to give him the benefit of the doubt and assume he meant it in the sense of asking if I needed anything else, but the tone was not resembling of that case. I ordered a drink and a cheese plate and got shaded for it like... what? My friend attempted to order her drink, a cucumber martini, a bartender herself, noting that the beverage she requested had ingredients that were in other drinks on the menu. He cut her off and started to explain that the ONLINE menu drinks were out of date and that they couldn't make certain things because they don't have the ingredients. Totally understandable however, no one had looked at the online menu, additionally this restaurant has a full bar. We were looking at the menus we were given. We also weren't looking for the drink style he described, she was trying to explain what she wanted and was shut down without the chance. She opted for a simpler, more common beverage and we completed our order. He comes back, and says that they took a cucumber from the kitchen and could make a the original martini. My friend declined and said that it was fine as to just continue on, and he said to her "Nope-you're getting what you wanted". This wasn't a friendly comment, and was said very apparently that he was displeased with us. We decided to leave very briefly after this. A lot of the issues here were based on the matter of tone and are hard to accurately describe in a typed review. Will not be back.

A speakeasy vibe with a real awesome bar ran by a mad mixologist. As I arrived, he asked me what I wanted then made a new cocktail for me based on what I like and it was amazing. He did this twice and now this is my favorite cocktail bar. Can't recommend it enough. Creativity and perfection 👌
