My only quibble was the 5% service charge which we didn't learn about until we got the bill. It's a practice I hate, they should just price it into their menu and be honest. Other than that, food was really good and it's a nice cozy spot.

Sat at the bar for Happy hour. Had a burger & tots with a glass of wine. Excellent service, the staff was genuinely nice. The food was good & a great value. The only problem is parking on Capital Hill of you are driving.

Deluxe Bar & Grill has some of the best burgers in the city. Tried the double smash burger and it was deeeelicious! The burgers are always cooked perfectly and full of flavor, and I never skip the crispy tots with their tartar sauce — it’s an amazing combination and a big part of the experience for me.

This is definitely one of my favorite spots for a “treat yourself” meal. The atmosphere is relaxed, the food is consistently great, and the service...
