We always pass by this place and one day decided to get shrimp fried rice. I ordered take out and when we got home we noticed something black when opening the container. I looked closely and it had LEGS!! It was a cockroach in our food. I don't know how a business can serve their customers this!! Truly disgusting and definitely lost my appetite. Now I can say that I will never be going back to this place.
They offered to make us a new one before giving us a refund but knowing what I got from my order I did not want my food to be cooked in an infested kitchen.
Don't eat here if you don't want cockroaches in your food

Went with my college aged son during a visit. It doesn't look like much but when you see local Cantonese folks eating in there, you know it's authentic. It was tasty, amazing food, huge portions and reasonable prices. Easy parking which is why we went there instead of Chi town.

Small, chill dim sum place. I enjoyed all the food I got. The shumai had more filling than other places I've had. The options geared more to seafood fillings than meat. It seemed like there were more varieties of dim sum but less flavors, example only shrimp dumplings vs shrimp and pork dumplings. Parking was easier than international district and prices seemed the same or a bit lower.

I would say the dinning area is very clean, the food is ok same as most of restaurants in ID, the pricing is similar as well. I came here because it is easier to park, but I was still waiting about 15 minuets to get a spot. Probably will came back to try dim sum when I have more time, heard a lot good things about their dim sum.

This is the best dim sum in Seattle. Seating is a little tight but the food makes up for it tenfold. The only dim sum place I recommend with my whole chest.

The dim sum was fresh, definitely not frozen prior. We had the fried shrimp toast and it was PERFECT. The place was clean, yes bathroom too, and surprisingly not that packed for food this good. Which I believe is also a good thing because places like Sun Sui Wah and Royal Kitchen have lengthy wait times. But the dim sum here is comparable to say the least.
Probably my go-to just because of the wait times on the aforementioned restaurants and the fact that the food is darn good. The prices are $5.95 per dim sum also when I was here. Their menu is extensive, like multitudes of entrees, desserts, types of meats, booze, etc. But next time, I have to test their 干炒牛河 to test their wok...uh...skills haha (which btw Royal Kitchen does a good job at). So the 5 stars is just the dim sum alone.

My coworkers and I placed an order with Dim Sum House, calling exactly at 11:44 AM as instructed for a pickup in 15 minutes. We arrived at 12:05 PM and waited an additional 20 minutes, understanding the usual lunch rush. However, the issue arose when they didn't inform us about the delay and left us standing in a cramped waiting area where the owner/waiter (male) rudely passing by multiple times without acknowledging us or simply saying excuse me.
After paying for our order upon arrival, I attempted to order a Taro Boba tea and add a cucumber salad, but the waitress told me to wait and then continued to ignore us in spite of our questions. It's clear they could benefit from customer service training to prevent such experiences. Do better, Dim Sum House.
As for the food, the House Special Chow Mien was disappointingly dry, so we decided not to finish it. Despite this, everything else we ordered was great.
