Stevie's Famous Beacon Hill Reviews
I got one of each of the slices, the “Coppa” was 🔥🔥🔥. Priced fair and definitely worth the money, loved how crispy it was. As someone that likes to cut their pizza, I wish they had real silverware because it made it hard to do so on paper plates. That being said, I certainly understand using disposable items and don’t hold it against them. I wanted to try the ice cream, next time, I definitely look forward to returning.
So delicious! Definitely one of the best pies in Seattle. We ordered on a Saturday night and it was ready in 20 minutes. The caesar was banging. Ranch is definitely made from scratch and has a bite to it. Could have passed on the ricotta & hot honey.
Great thin crust pizza 10/10
Crust good, sauce good, it good

Stevie's Famous Beacon Hill offers some of the best New York-style pizza in Seattle, with quality ingredients and thoughtful toppings. The crust is the highlight, chewy and sourdoughy with an intense char. The pizza features a flavorful, acidic crushed tomato base and high-quality toppings like coppa, burrata, and hot honey. The cheese is not as prominent but still complements the rich sauce. Customers can order at the counter, and food is delivered to tables, with self-serve water and self-cleaned tables. The daily slice, often with mozzarella, pesto, and sun-dried tomatoes, is highly praised. Many visitors say the pizza is criminally good and among the best in Seattle, especially the Normie Macdonald pizza, finished with fresh burrata and hot honey after baking. The restaurant is connected to a lively bar that hosts live music on some evenings, creating a vibrant atmosphere that can shift to a bar-focused scene later in the night. Sides of marinara, Calabrian chili, and herby ranch are popular extras, and the ranch dressing is highly recommended. The restaurant is a fast-casual spot where customers grab their food at the counter and bus themselves, but it’s definitely worth a visit for those who love good pizza and a lively environment.
