Honestly most Din Tai Fung restaurants in Seattle are great but the Pacific place location has hand down the best customer service. Uvillage can be loud and claustrophobic, the Bellevue renovation is beautiful but the wait is always long. I always know that we will be well taken care of at the Pacific Place Din Tai Fung. Don't leave without trying the garlic green beans, spicy chicken wontons (yes they're very spicy) or the sesame noodles (*contains peanuts).

There is generally a long wait if you don't manage to get a reservation, and that's for good reason. I do not think it is an exaggeration to say that dining here can give someone a spiritual awakening. I went a bunch as a kid, and having come back for the first time in over a decade I can tell you that nostalgia truly didn't do it justice.

Go here. Not a recommendation, but a demand.

Food was amazing. Waiter gave great recommendations and cleaned our table before dessert. He checked in regularly and took plates away regularly to make space. The price was so reasonable!
