This place never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, everything feels seamless — the service, the vibe, and most importantly, the food. The xiao long bao are always perfectly pleated and bursting with flavor. We also tried the spicy wontons (a must!), and the cucumber salad was the perfect refreshing start. Every dish hits that comforting, savory note that keeps you coming back. Din Tai Fung really knows how to deliver consistency with class.
I accidentally placed my order at the UV Din Tai Fung instead of the Bellevue location, but the staff was very friendly and helped me sort it out. Great customer service, and of course, the food was delicious as always!
Reliable for excellence and creativity, Din Tai Fung is always on my list of favorites. There are other good bao and long bao restaurants, but DTF will always impress. The noodle and other dishes are great, the bao are great, the service is fast and attentive, and even the tea is excellent. I want to try everything on the menu, so I plan to return. And return. And return.
