First time here. Heard it was under the prior name of Joy Palace. Though they were packed (11am on a Sat), we were quickly seated. Cart came fewer than 3 minutes, very frequent, and always stacked.

We ordered the usual; siu mai (big and juicy), har gau (plump and succulent), Phoenix claws (perfectly braised), spareribs, tofu skin roll, har gok, honey char siu pastry (flaky and flavorful), egg tart (huge!). Oh, LOVE their house chili. Thoroughly satisfied with the meal.

The only bad thing is that the strip mall had seen better days. Hope the MLK revitalization project will make things better there.

Small plates for the expensive price you pay.

Genuinely a joke of a restaurant. Dish size is inversely proportional to the price, and the price is definitely not low. What is low is their standard for hygiene, however. I think I'll need new eardrums too with how they're blasting garbage music while serving you trash disguised as food.

I'm surprised this place is still in business.

The chicken we ordered, free-range with ginger- was mostly bones. It was very salty with a bitter taste. The vegetable fried rice was dry and tasteless.

1. In many places where Chinese families gather for dinner, the dim sum is served on carts. The dim sum is quite satisfactory, and the steamed fish is more delicious.

2. Parking is relatively convenient and there is a large parking lot.

authentic cantonese food, big portions and great price. Servers are nice and humorous! Crab fried rice and garlic beef are our favorite

The BBQ duck was pretty good and cheap! We had dim sum for the morning, everything tasted great, siumai was the best out of all, was very authentic!

This is a worse services ever I’ve been Chinese restaurant. Normally we don’t have great atmosphere at any Chinese restaurant, but this is a worse that I’ve ever experienced. I told the lady up front I believed she must manager or owner about the services and you won’t believe what did she responded to me inappropriate and such a rude way. I asked her the box to go and she said box right there you can do yourselves! No services, no professional.

The restaurant is kinda dirty, the dim sum lady hang me a broken bowl I have to tell her to returned. My family and I been funny the whole time. The area of the restaurant it seem creepy.

I encourage if you guys trying to go get Chinese food please bring some blood pressure pills as long. They alway disappoint in a different way.

We ate too fast to share the pictures. We recently came back after the new management. The food is still really good. We came here for dim sum. The food was fresh and tasty. We would definitely come back.

Don’t come here on the weekends and holidays because it’s so packed and servers don’t care. Don’t come in a party of 5 or more because it’s considered a “big group” need to wait for a big table and they would charge a 18% service fee or tip. That’s right, tip is added to your final bill no matter what. No need to tip them because it’s already added in and $1 tea service per person. Food is okay but too much MSG that I had my teapot refilled 3 times. Afterwards, my whole family had to drink a lot of water, we practically chugged half a case of the large 1 liter bottle water. Eating out like this is only “once in a blue moon.”

Beware this place charges a service charge for 4 people and a baby. We waited over an hour for a table. People who go there after us got in before we did. Food was not all there even though, there was an hour left and a half for dim sum. Awful service and they take there tip out from your bill
