There’s about a 20% chance the hot you get here will not be good… I’ve gotten bad sushi here before (thrown out immediately), I’ve gotten rice that’s as hard as rocks in my chicken katsu, I’ve gotten chicken that intensely overcooked/burnt, you name it. The rest of the 80% though it’s not bad.
Love shopping at district H. The store’s always clean and well stocked.
Also, shoutout to the older asian guy who’s usually at the cashier. Super friendly and actually takes the time to help you find stuff. Makes the whole experience way better. Will definitely keep coming back!

I really appreciate how friendly and helpful the staff at District H Market are. One time I accidentally dropped and broke a pack of pickled radish, and they kindly replaced it with a smile and even joked about it. They’re always happy to help with heavy items or things placed high up on the shelves. The cashiers are also super nice! Once you get to know them, they’ll chat with you and make the checkout experience fun.
