Been coming here pretty consistently for the past year and a half since I live across the street, and the service used to be really good. Very friendly baristas and good quality service. One barista with a septum piercing started working there and she’s had an attitude since day one. This morning I waited about 10 minutes for my burrito since they warmed it up for me and she gives me an attitude when I ask about it. The other friendly barista gives me the burrito and I ask for hot sauce and she throws two packets on the counter and walks off. Was loyal to this shop but will not be coming back here. She’s rude every time.

Decent coffee. Friendly staff. Don't get their brownies, it's really dry and expensive.

Friendly coffee shop that I always have good experience at. Great coffee and very helpful if you can't decide on what you want. Food is good. Easy grab and go. Looks to be premade but the pastries are on point. Give them a try. I had a peppermint mocha with whipped cream. Just the right balance of coffee flavor with the peppermint.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice open shop for mobility

Cute little coffee shop hidden in downtown. I wouldn't expect this cozy shop to be located here but it is very welcoming and it gives me drive through coffee stand vibes with their seasonal drink menus and decor. I got a matcha latte it was ok, a bit too much honey which I didn't know was included in a matcha latte? Anyways, friendly and cute spot that I will probably go to often since it's near my work. I love their menu with a lot of options the prices are similar to other coffee ships about $6 for any 16 oz drink.

Ok, so I’ve been visiting this coffee shop for quite some time now and the atmosphere is always positive and friendly! Specifically, today the staff are exceptional and I was thinking to myself that I hope the owner of the business recognizes these three employees for delivering excellent customer service with a smile. The team here knows their customers and work very hard. I also think the everything bagel I had was the absolute best bagel I’ve ever tasted, and the coffee, well, I’d say it’s the best in Seattle. Highly recommend.

You say everyone welcome ..does that include people of color?Didn't seem like it. Seattle's racism tries to be low key....SERIOUSLY.

I love Diva for a few reasons. Firstly, it's hard to find good coffee at Harborview, and Diva is conveniently across the street. I've had their drips a few times and think they are perfect light-medium roast, not too much acid and not to0 smokey dark, so you can hit a lot of flavors with each sip. The staff are always happy and quick to take care of long lines, I've never had to wait more than a few minutes to put in my order. Lastly, they have vegan pastries that are clearly labeled and some local brand vegan sandwiches and burritos. I bought a few Hangry Vegan burritos to chomp on while I walked up and down miles of hill of James St and really liked how they held up in my coat pocket. The barista also toasted up a breakfast sandwich for me that tasted like beyond sausage, just egg, and a slice of violife on an English Muffin, and you can't really go wrong with that combo. I also like that I can feed myself with good food and beverage for a reasonable price, which isn't that easy these days in Seattle.

Today I tried to go in and a tall blonde lady said,"I'm sorry. We're closed." She was so nice about it. I've never had someone tell me they're closed so nicely. This got me thinking. The entire staff is alway polite and courteous. I don't know if charm school is an educational requirement to work there but each visit is always pleasant. And the food and beverages are always good.

I was excited to try their coffee and finally came in early Saturday morning to this location. The service was friendly although the gentleman at the front decided to ring up the couple he knew who came after me, before me. I sort of stood there waiting for my turn to pay even though my drink was ready. I thought it was inconsiderate, almost like letting people cut the line. The least they could have done was ask. Anyways, coffee was okay but the second thing I would say is NOT to order pastries off the shelf. As I was standing there patiently waiting ahemmm, I noticed there were hella fruit flies (decent size swarm) flying in and out of the food which wasn't wrapped. There is no door behind on that display counter to keep bugs out, so gross. I was going to order a scone but settled for the packaged sandwich instead. Sorry but I would never return here, maybe still try their Bothell location if it's more sanitary! Very disappointing because this a local coffee spot I've been dying to try. Head up - They do have an app and rewards program tho.
