I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I'm a regular and come pretty much everyday. All of the staff are so nice and amazing and if I could give them 10 stars I would!! Thank you Stephanie, Josh, Antion, Jaime, Maddie, Kristin, and all other staff! (Sorry if I left anyone out!) Literally my favorite coffee place! Love you all 🖤
The vibe is great, the menu is lovely, the staff really know what they are doing. But please! For the love of god! Get a better PoS/tap system. There is no reason for the card tap system to be that difficult to use. I Being cheap on something so crucial to both staff and customer experince is bananas. Also, enjoy how queer friendly all the Diva locations are.
Love diva! Their coffee is delicious. The cold brew is amazing and so is all their other options. The app rewards are amazing. Highly recommend. Been going ti them for a long time when I can and working as a nurse at Harborview and swedish. So much better than Starbucks.
