first time ive tried greek food, and omg! it did not disappoint!!! suppose to be a, "to go order, dinner for home" but ate it all while in the car. lol
all sauce in and out of the pita is extremely good. you'll know its an own recipe!

I love their lamb gyros. The sauce is amazing! It blends well with the meat and fries. We don’t mind driving to Seattle just to get a bite of this yummy gyros.😋
Food is excellent. Go to is a gyro sandwich and they knock it out of the park. Lots of meat, love the fries, and lettuce is fresh and high quality.
Fries (side) are crispy even 20-30 mins later. (I got there 5-10 min after it was ready, and was eating at home another 10-15 min later)

Based on the reviews, Theo’s Gyros is a food truck inside of Chucks Hop Shop. The best Gyro in Seattle has fantastic quality ingredients, especially the pita and tzatziki. The beef & lamb gyro is excellent, with incredibly tender and just a little bit charred meat. The pork belly Gyro is also excellent. The felafel is exceptional. The fries are nice and crispy. The sandwich is well constructed and not too saucy. The service is very friendly, and the owner is thoughtful and invested in the quality of the food. People walk away full and happy.
