Tried this at chucks hop shop today and it was the best Gyro I’ve had in seattle! Fantastic quality ingredients especially the pita and tzatziki. Excited to try more from these guys. People running this truck seem like they care about their customers and the food they serve.
I prefer the traditional cabbage crunch in an OG gyro to cut through savory soft meats, tho the beef/lamb meat here is good. A bit salty for me, more reason to have the cabbage. Fries are good and seasoned.
$18 for a combo to not include a drink makes me a little sad.
Next time I’ll try the pork belly gyro since that’s a little different.

I am so happy they moved in to the neighborhood. It’s so good. I have yet to have something I don’t like on the menu. I have always had very friendly service and walk away full and happy.
