Placed an order, order never received got a call hours later 1 am said they had to close early so order was canceled. If they had to close early why she still there haha this place is terrible 3 time in a row from this location that I ordered a pizza and they canceled my order.

Do not eat here. I've now been given food poisoning three separate times, weeks apart. The location has a cleanliness issue, the employees don't wear hair nets (I've found long strands of hair BAKED into my pizza crust before), outside the store it's an off brand skid row. Homeless people doing drugs, spitting on the sidewalk, urinating on the building, anything you can imagine a gross human doing they do it right outside this store. This store and its employees are disgusting and unhygienic. DO NOT EAT HERE. I will be calling the DOH on this store and its owner. DISGUSTING.

We placed an order from this Domino’s and expected normal delivery time, but after waiting an hour with no updates, we called the store. They told us it would be another 3 hours — meaning 4 hours total for a pizza order. That’s unacceptable. If there’s an issue or delay, they should communicate that upfront, not after we’ve already been waiting. Really disappointing experience.
Almost 90 minutes to deliver a $60 pizza order .5 mi (4) blocks away on the same street.

I placed a DoorDash order on 10/2/25 at around 9 pm. 9:52 pm and order still says preparing. I called their store and the girl sounded so annoyed saying ‘we’re still preparing’. Mind you my order was just a meatzza and Hawaiian. Worst experience. If they can’t deliver a good service using a delivery app, please get your business out.

Don't order here! Don't trust them. My family pre ordered in advance. After a hour late we called and they said to wait another 15 min. Long story short they offered to make it again, with no discount. Needless to say the kids couldn't wait another hour or two.
