Splendid service and splendid quality (donuts), ordered from Australia for home delivery in Seattle. Arrived right on time, very happily received and enjoyed.

Really strange experience here. We saw the good reviews so wanted to try and when I ordered a single maple bacon donut the woman asked if I wanted 1 or 2 dozen? I said just 1, then my husband ordered 1, and she only put his in the bag. We reminded her of the maple bacon and she didn’t say anything. Then I ordered a vanilla latte, she rang us up and went to make the coffee and asked if I wanted white chocolate… I said no, just vanilla. She then goes on to say they don’t have vanilla, and then picks up the vanilla and asks if adding that would be ok?? Lastly, I think it was just milk and vanilla and she forgot the espresso. Very very odd and wouldn’t go back.

I stopped by Doughnut Factory in Seattle and it did not disappoint. The donuts were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality, and there are so many different options to choose from. I tried a classic glazed and a maple bar and both were amazing. The staff was friendly and quick, and the place felt clean and welcoming. If you are craving great donuts in Seattle, this spot is definitely worth a visit.

I ordered a dozen for three different teams at work, and they all loved them. One person, who normally doesn't like donuts, said she liked the one she had because it wasn't too sweet. Always a hit.

Excellent donuts. Light and fluffy cake donuts, not dense at all.

I love this donut shop! Only one I'll go to. Idk why but the same donut you get there doesn't taste the same at other places. Their lemon filled and the fruity pebbles donut rock my socks every time.

Used to come here a lot but they changed point systems and fried all of our rewards. Staff doesn't know anything about it and won't look into it.

Edit: I think I might have caught someone on an off day or something. Took a chance on them again and it was better. Star rating bumped; will re-review after one more visit if the bad visit turned out to be a fluke.
I think they must have changed ownership or something. The donuts are bigger, but the quality of the cream cheese frosting is so bad that I’m not even sure I’m going to eat the two donuts I got. At least one of them was free from loyalty points accrued from back when the donuts were still good.
If prices had to go up to keep the old quality, I would rather have gone that route. I’m really leaning towards not even eating the donuts I got. It just tastes like cheap, flavorless sugar. I may as well have gotten something like a Little Debbie’s treat.
Maybe the other donuts are somehow better, but the cream cheese cinnamon roll used to be THE go-to here and now it’s going straight into the trash.

Donuts taste pretty sweet. Nothing special.
Last time I went was about 1.5-2 years ago and today realized they moved their store a unit or two down. It’s smaller and the selection is also much smaller.
They used to have so many interesting flavors but now it’s a basic place. The parking is limited.

On two separate occasions now, I've ordered doughnuts only to find them completely raw batter in the middle. I'm not talking about Boston creme filling or partially baked dough, this was straight up wet, stretchy, and cold doughnut batter that was visibly distinct from the cream filling. I figured the first time was a fluke but this is clearly a problem.
Donut Factory used to be amazing when they were in the storefront at the far end of the building. They changed management, moved, and rebranded and they left all the quality behind in the change. Before, they would be open late with plenty of selection. Now they are selling the last of the display case donuts at 11am and are frequently closed by 2 because they are out of stock.

The employee that was there was super kind and helpful (morning of August 22nd, long braids and blue sweatshirt) and the donut slapped. Thank you!

I used to love this place and came here a couple to few times a week. They had amazing Italian sodas. The ones without redbull. I moved away for a year and back for the summer and wanted to come get an amazing donut and a regular Italian soda. It was $5. She made it with sparkling lemonade (or something( it should be club soda , unless specified otherwise). And then she put milk in it. Not half and half. And she put a ton of milk in. More milk than the sparkling lemonade . I came back today. Hoping for better service. She told me the price for a 16 oz Italian soda instead of the 20oz and then it ended being an extra $2.
I asked her (and the guy with her) to make it with club soda and half and half. The Italian soda tastes l like watered down half and half. Again way too much half n half and I think they just used normal water.
16oz of watered down half and half with some orange syrup for $6
I picked up my buddy here. All he wanted was a coffee and they made him buy a doughnut first. Both of them were unimpressive.
What place makes you buy a doughnut if all you want is coffee? That’s absurd. The coffee was a shitty five dollar latte, and the doughnut was four bucks. One can pay a dollar more at one of the amazing bakeries this town has to offer and get an edible version of the same thing.
Making folks buy something to get to a cup of coffee is super lame. Whatever upper management skin tag decided this was a good policy to make there employees enforce should take a long walk off a short pier.
Buy a doughnut to get to a crappy cup of coffee. You got to be joking.
I know taste is subjective, so maybe to someone else it would have been great coffee and a great doughnut… but to have to buy one to get the other is stupid, offensive, not right nor polite. Unfortunately my friend was given this impression of this city and that makes me sad.
Whoever is in upper management in doughnut shop world, get your act together.
We’re in from out-of-town and walked here from our hotel. Donuts were great, coffee too, and the service was awesome!
