This place is simply incredible. What friendly staff and such indescribable delectable creations! It makes you curious about the benefits of being vegan but not even leaning into being vegan because you can have any single item and not know it’s vegan because it’s literally that good! Delicious coffee too that is friendly to the digestion. Thanks for such joy! Really happy repeat customer ?

The staff member working there was great. Very friendly! There were so many great doughnut options. My toddler chose the Pride one with the edible glitter and I got the cookies and cream. I love that they are vegan. LOVE that their coffee drinks are made with oat milk. Got a mocha with vanilla and a strawberry lemonade.I only wish there was more seating. 6 stools isn’t enough. Will be coming back ?

The best donut experience! I heard about Doughjoy through a gluten free Seattle Facebook group and am so glad I did! The staff was so sweet and so friendly, the atmosphere is absolutely adorable and those donuts are so so cute! They are vegan too, which is great for people who have both gluten sensitivities and also dairy, which can be tough to accommodate both. They have the regular donuts in a little display area at the front, but they keep the gluten free ones behind so they stay away from the gluten ones. I got several of the GF for myself, and then a dozen of the regular to bring to my work and my coworkers were all obsessing over them! I loved the GF ones so much, they had a great variety of flavors and it was nice to see ones other than just your typical powdered or chocolate. The lemon was delicious!!!! I let the staff pick the dozen for my work, and they selected a perfect assortment, and even explained to me what they were so I could tell my coworkers. They also included a donut in the dozen that they said the proceeds were going towards a local black owned business. The owners are super active on socials and seem like such nice people. The staff seemed genuinely happy to work there! There is a little parking lot next to then Capitol Hill location, but also a few garages around as well. Thank you Doughjoy for bringing me some serious joy!Photo attached is of regular gluten donuts, the GF are a bit more plain looking :)Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

surprisingly good donut, noting that i disliked all the donuts shops in nearby around capitol hill, a plus that this is vegan, however it tastes just like regular donut and it’s also so fluffy.one side note is that how do i get the promotion like everybody else? i didn’t get the memo and all the other customers were mentioning buy 2 get 1 free or something after i bought my 2 :(

Absolutely delicious donut and large enough to be totally worth the price. I'm impressed! The crew seemed happy to be there as well, and that's tough to come by. Tells me they must be treating their employees well. Looking forward to trying more flavors soon!

Had the boston cream lookalike the balvarian cream in my visit today and it is probably the BEST vegan donut I had in Seattle / Vancouver Canada area... generally shocked to see how it taste so similar to a boston cream. Can't believe the custard filling inside is vegan, how? Not sure but sure tasted great (I am not a vegan fyi).Vegans will love this.... and with any other donut. Also, the lady with the short hair and glasses was a very nice person with great customer service. 10/10
