Called today and they said that they don't use chicken broth in their veggie potstickers. The following items are vegan:
* all noodles (unless they include meat)
* veggie pot stickers
* cucumber salad
* kale, romaine salad
* green onion pancakes
A little disappointing to be honest. The vegetables were good and crunchy, as in not overcooked and the noodles were fine but the dumplings were disappointing. Perhaps it’s because I am accustomed to high quality dim sum, the fact that their signature dish was “filled” with a pork-ish meatball instead of proper GuanDong-style bbq pork was disheartening. Fine enough for lunch but not as good as it could be.
Probably the best pork soup dumplings I’ve ever had. Full of flavor without being overly salty. Dan Dan Noodles are also a must! This was my favorite meal during my visit to Seattle.
