I wanna start off by saying, customer service here is PHENOMENAL. Bowie helped me with my pick up order and was so so kind and helpful. The food is also a 10/10!!! Im visiting from Canada and will definitely come back :)

Was not greeted when I walked in. That was awkward.
The server got my order wrong and I had to point out to him that my dish was incorrect.
The place was very clean, including the washrooms.
PS The portion sizes were great

Great food, good service, affordable, nice atmosphere. One drawback is no cocktails, but there’s plenty of bars nearby for a drink before or after.

Upon initial entry the staff ignored us and everyone that walked in after us. Someone there to pick up an order literally stepped in front of a member of staff to get their attention.
It was so loud inside the restaurant that I could barely make out the person I was talking to’s voice over everyone else’s conversations.
The food was great but maybe just as takeout.

Food here is so good, one of my favorite spots in Seattle!! Love the DanDan noodles and YiBin noodles , Pork Xiaolongbao, But the Dandan noodles have a slightly numbing taste, My mom doesn't like the taste but I like it very much! Also Lots of great vegan noodles options too which is much appreciated. Food also comes out very quick, and the atmosphere is very good , The service was great too!!! Gets pretty busy on weekend at night, so make sure to make a reservation. I will definitely be back ! ! and recommend it to my colleagues.

I usually love Dough Zone but just had a terrible experience. We ordered the Dan Dan Noodles and when tasting them they had a soap/bleach taste to them. We told our server who said that was “just the nutmeg”. After taking another bite, that was not just the nutmeg; the noodles were either rancid or something went wrong in how they prepared the dish (eg there was still soap in the cookware). We were not offered a refund or discount either. Sadly ruined our meal and we still have a soapy taste in our mouth.

Very laid back vibes, incredible food. Vu was taking such great care of us and was so sweet during our visit. I had the highly rated Dan Dan Noodles (the spice isn’t too too hot, but it does hit on the back end 😬) and my partner has the Chicken Wonton Soup which he said was delicious. I will be back next time I’m visiting!!

Dough Zone is one of my family’s favorite restaurants! The service is always fast and friendly, and the food is consistently good. The cucumber salad is our absolute favorite — definitely a must-try dish!

Tried this place after searching for something to eat while visiting Seattle. The food was great. We tried the pork and crab soup dumplings and they were fantastic. We also tried the Dan Dan noodles and they were very good. We did go on a busy night so the service was not the best. And not to mention it was very noisy. The noise settled as the night went on but again service was not as attentive. Would still visit again! I think it was just an off night.

Saw this place was recommended on the Eater List and we randomly passed it and decided to stop in. To our surprise for Seattle the dishes were reasonably priced. We ordered take out and ate outside. The dishes were smaller in size. We ordered Szechuan noodles and potstickers. We were disappointed in the meal. We though the food was way too doughy, maybe that’s how they got their name?? The food was nothing special to rave about and we didn’t finish our meal.

Decent food, fast service and nice staff. The dumplings didn’t have much flavor and the shrimp had water gushing out of them when you bit into them. Almost as if frozen shrimp were used and not thawed out. The cucumber salad was very nice, but a huge portion for only 2 people. The beef bao was the highlight from a flavour profile, though it was quite sad looking compared to most bao buns. Great flavour, but presentation looked worse than a cheap fast food burger. Overall it was fine, but I probably wouldn’t go back as there are a lot of places in Seattle to try.

This location seems a bit understaffed and overworked. We received dirty flatware and dinnerware multiple times. Even the sake cups were dirty. The location near seattle convention center is much nicer
