Attended a scheduled tour of the distillery with family. Lori, our guide, was incredible. Knowledgable enough for the distilling and brewing experts in the group, but also a good teacher for those not at all familiar with the process. They are doing something different and cool here and she helped us understand that. Sampling was fun and we learned even more there. I can’t say enough about this distillery. Laurie was an excellent tour guide and highly educational. We highly recommend.
Sean is the best! We had a great experience with a variety of spirits, but especially loved the peatsmith. Gins are great, specialty whiskeys are great, can’t go wrong!!
