Attended a scheduled tour of the distillery with family. Lori, our guide, was incredible. Knowledgable enough for the distilling and brewing experts in the group, but also a good teacher for those not at all familiar with the process. They are doing something different and cool here and she helped us understand that. Sampling was fun and we learned even more there. To start, I'm not a big vodka guy. I'll drink it but it's not my go-to. When we visited Seattle awhile ago we just stumbled upon this place and went in for a tasting. They weren't busy so the workers say down with us and talked about their business, their product, production, etc. it was a memorable experience! Oh, and the vodka... absolutely delicious.
Stumbled on this place near the waterfront and ended up really glad we did. Easy walk from Pike Place, so it's a good spot to duck into while you're already down there wandering around.
