My drink was good and my grandma’s wasn’t right and she brought it back and they remade it and she liked it.
The employees were great, friendly, helpful & polite. All drinks came out exactly the way we like them.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a quality Starbucks located right on the coast and perfectly situated on the pier and Seattle waterfront at Pier 55. It offers unbeatable views of Elliott Bay, ferries, and the skyline, making it a great spot to grab a coffee and enjoy a walk along the waterfront. The café is open until around 9 PM, which is super convenient for an evening drink.
The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and quick, providing excellent service with smiles and nailing every order even when it is busy. The store stays spotless with a cozy, welcoming, chill, and inviting atmosphere. It has a cool work vibe and is a nice little place to sit down and watch the crowd.
The coffee is glorious, outstanding, rich, and bold, like the Pike Place Roast or a silky latte with flawless foam. The chai tea is also perfectly made. Food items like the breakfast sandwich and delicious breakfast wrap are served quickly. It is a real gem on the pier, highly recommended for a perfect coffee paired with the scenery.
