Traditional Bolognese Ragù
Painted Hills natural beef, Carlton farm artisan pork meat slowly simmered in tomato sauce and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
Short Ribs Ragu'
Painted Hills short ribs, shank, and hanger steak, slowly braised in Chianti wine and tomato sauce, topped with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese.
Carbonara
The authentic recipe is directly from Rome. Eggs, pecorino romano, guanciale (cured pork cheek), and black pepper.
Cacio & Pepe
Creamy (but with no cream!) sauce with 16-month aged Pecorino Romano DOP, 24-month aged Parmigiano Reggiano, Tellicherry, and Sarawak white pepper.
Mushroom & White Truffle Oil
A vegetarian dish with shiitake and cremini mushrooms, white Italian truffle oil, cream, finished with pecorino romano, and dill olive oil. This sauce contains wheat.
Puttanesca
Tomato sauce, basil, garlic, olives, anchovies, capers and parsley. This sauce is dairy-free.
Pomodoro (Vegetarian)
Plum tomatoes sauce, baby spinach, topped with Sardinian salted ricotta.
Kale Pesto (Vegetarian)

They are set up to walk in, order and grab your good food. There are tables but it's more like a lunch hall so come in expecting that.

Food was delicious, fresh and cooked to perfection. The bacon in the carbonara honestly seemed like perfectly fried pork belly with a great crisp outside and puff of flavor on the inside, each bite.

Aperol spritzer was great, can't beat the ones I got in Italy but came close.

Food is very good but not life-changing, espresso was fantastic & both were reasonably priced (especially compared to other resturaunts in North Seattle). Loved the self-service & self-bussing and wish that was more common. Ground level is nice for people watching (too much car noise & smog for nice outside seating but that can't be helped & I appreciate the outside seating regardless). Everything was clean & easy. Atmosphere was definitely more of a cafeteria...

We ordered delivery through their app and though the food was about 20 mins late, it was worth it. The pasta is delicious and the portions are generous. We got 3 pasta dishes, the side salad, and 2 desserts and it all fell under $80. Can’t get better than that for fresh pasta, delivered
