One of the best bowl of noodles I've had in a long time. Got the Sesame Noodles with tofu and shrooms. Fresh veggies, luscious noodles, and tasty marinated tofu. I special ordered without the chili and it was still awesome. The venue was packed that night with well over 100 people, and a good percentage of them eating from the truck. So I was pleasantly surprised that I was only half done with a beer when my bowl was delivered with a smile. Looking forward to my next...
Pretty decent for a food truck. The Mala Ban was fairly Americanised, but still rather tasty. I was hoping for a thicker, more pastelike sauce, but it was served with a broth instead. I also opted for "more spicy", but I don't think they actually used any chilis - all numb, no heat. If you're looking for actual szechuan food, try somewhere else.

The brewery was pet friendly and offered plenty of seating. We sat outside under the heaters. It was very pleasant on a cool and rainy day.
