First visit was good. Staff was efficient and quick to bring out the dishes. Lots of vegan options. Highly recommend the Bok Choy Mushroom Dumplings, Vegan Wonton with Spicy Sauce, and the Lychee Drink. Very flavorful and umami. And the drink tasted like eating a fresh lychee. Most disappointed by the soup. The vegan pork was good, noodles were fresh and bouncy, and veggies were fresh. My mom especially liked the chewy wide wheat noodles in the lamen. Delicious!! This spot was busy but no wait for a table on a Sunday night. Food came out at a reasonable pace and tasted perfect. I loved the Szechuan green beans but wish they were spicier :) great xiaolong nap!

Omg Dumpling The Noodle is the BEST!! Their scallion pancake with beef is mind blowingly amazing , one of my favorite dishes in Seattle. And their Peking Duck is insanely delicious! They give friendly, good service. We can’t wait to be back, you have to eat here!!
