The tofu bao is damn good, but the pickled red ginger screams artificial dye, which I try to avoid.
This time, I got it w/the “spicy” green beans + they were def overcooked, but I gotta admit I liked them anyway, more than the Chinese broccoli I got last time. They were more sweet than spicy tho, suitable for wimps. I tried the potato curry humbao too + it was alright.
The food is ok, not my favorite but my wife liked it so, its a matter of taste, but its not bad.

We really enjoyed the spicy wonton soup and the shrimp and pork dumplings. The larger kimchi dumplings with pork were a little too big and needed a sauce, and our green beans weren't as crunchy as we'd hoped.
This is a good dumpling shop, with fast service and great flavors. We'll definitely come again.
