Had the ham and Swiss with egg on a cheesey hash brown bagel. It was dry, the egg was pre cooked then slapped on and reheated. Cheese was not melted. It's just not great flavor, especially for the price. Can't imagine why I'd choose to go here. The young woman behind the counter was friendly and professional.
Do not get the Chai Lattes. Tastes like chemicals and the foam looks like they put soap in.
The other drinks are great, but not the chai.
