The food always on point. Leche de tigre was fresh and so yummy. Chaufa with como saltado can improve a little chaufa had that Asian flavor however como saltado doesnt need peppers and green onions to be honest. Service can be improved, atmosphere can also be improved. Overall we will always come back for the flavors...
Best Peruvian food in Washington with good music too. The salchipapa, arroz chaufa, and lomo saltado are always good. And the chicha morada and maracuya are great too !! They even have real ají. Picarones are served on Thursday’s which is nice.
