They don’t serve first come. Instead, they randomly serve who arrived later. It’s the worst service I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve been a regular at Elemental Wood Fire Pizza since 2022, and this U Village location has become one of my go-to spots for both lunch and dinner. When the Alderwood location closed, it honestly just gave me more reason to come here — and I’m glad I did.

My favorite pizza has always been The Elemental. Even though it was taken off the menu, the staff went out of their way to keep it available by adding it as a custom option on their ordering system, which says a lot about how much they care about their regulars. That kind of thoughtfulness is why I keep coming back.

My kids love coming here because the beautifully burnt, crisp crusts are the highlight of their day — if you’re looking for soggy pizza, this probably isn’t your place, but if you love real wood-fired texture and flavor, it’s perfect.

This location is usually busy, but the team consistently provides friendly, attentive service, and a little patience always pays off here. Great food, great people, and a lively, welcoming vibe.

ordered pizza and pasta both tasted terrible & the server was out of her mind too. took our cash tip by herself without even asking.

Hello, I’ve ordered from Elemental before and the pizza was phenomenal but this time it wasn’t up to par. The pizza was burnt on the bottom, and it was very hard to chew. Unfortunately, I got a bit of a stomach ache after eating it. I’m not sure what the situation was by hand because usually Elemental pizza is great. Just was a bit upset I wasn’t able to enjoy the pizza.

What an amazing experience!! They took in our party of 9 within 5 minutes with no reservation. We got our food out in less than ten minutes and they were constantly checking to make sure everything was well. The raspberry lemonade was delicious, so fruity and tart! The pizzas were delicious, the chicken bacon ranch paired so well with the onions. Our host was so kind too, thank you Corey for the lovely experience 🙌

I came here because the food seemed delicious every time i’d walk by the place. Unfortunately, the food looks better than it tastes. Decent food, but not for the price. More seasoning would help out a lot.

Service was unnecessarily slow. Unnecessary because the server was chatting with her coworkers most of the time while there were obvious things on the table that needed tending to. Empty plates, empty waters, the check with the card waiting on top.

I’m a server and I don’t like giving mid/bad reviews but it was really irking me the way the servers would just stare blankly into the crowd from the expo set. And frankly, all the staff kinda just stand there and stare often, it’s a weird vibe.

Not notable, would not come back. Great last minute place probably. Seems like just another gimmicky restaurant for people to go to when they’re hangry from shopping.

Great place with cool vibe and amazing food.. loved the Pizza, Pesto sauce for Pasta was fresh like directly from the garden and delicious and the garden sandwich had variety of veggies ❤️

If you are hungry and craving cardboard I have just the place for you! Elemental pizza. From the moment you order your pizza and get it you have approximately 4 min and 5 seconds before it turns into concrete.
They deserve no star! Their pizza is terrible, absolute waste of money !
