During my recent visit to Elemental Pizza in University Village, Jackie C. made us feel truly welcome and valued. She is a wonderful representative of your restaurant. I hope her efforts are recognized, as she is a true asset to your team.
Jackie was not only very attractive and professional in her appearance, but she also brought a warm and genuine presence to our table. Before leaving, I took a moment to compliment her, and her response was both gracious and humble. Rather than focusing on the compliment itself, she redirected the conversation to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. Her kindness and sincerity were evident, and it became clear that she is a person with a genuinely good heart.
As the old saying goes, “beauty is only skin deep” but when I offer a compliment and the response is an immediate twinkle in her eye and the emergence of such a radiant smile, it’s not the beautiful face that’s going to bring me back, but her genuine character and the way she treats guests.
My bottom line: Jackie C. can serve me breakfast, lunch and dinner eight days a week. Maybe through all of that, I will learn exactly why she is working there.

The pizza tastes quite good, and the salad is incredible. Staffs are also very nice and supportive. Soda is so so. Good place to hand out with your friends.

They do not want to seat singles. Do not go there, the woman in the Bar is Nasty and Ill-Tempered and will Refuse to Seat You.
Boycott this restauarant until they fire the Bar Manager.
We dine in with my husband August 10 and after we ordered my 3 daughter’s came with Aspen , my eldest daughter dog. We the server after we order if we can change to outside so we can be with Aspen. The server immediately notified her colleagues. Thanks for accommodating us. I knew that weekend is busy time. Chaplin clean right away the table outside and even offer a water for Aspen. Great service and we enjoyed our Pizza Margherita and Chicken bacon ranch Pizza. My 2 eldest enjoy the Blood orange Vodka lemonade. FYI no happy our in Sunday only at the bar. Check their website for more info.

Yummy pizza.
Also someone please water the hydrangeas by the door. 😭
Jack was friendly and an outstanding server. The pizza was perfection--crispy, thin crust with fresh toppings! I loved the Raspberry Italian Soda, and the chocolate Panna Cotta was light and delicious!

We had dinner here at around 5:30 on a Thursday. Service was really pleasant, the food came super fast, and everything tasted excellent. The pizza, of course, was the star of the show: a PERFECT chewy Neapolitan crust, generous toppings, and not overloaded with cheese. I would say it’s highly comparable to Spark Pizza in Redmond, which is among the best I’ve had in the US. For appetizers we got some salads and the roasted cauliflower, which provided a nice “light” contrast to our meal. I will be thinking about the pizza here for a long time to come, and will definitely make another visit.

Normally a good spot but waited 15 minutes and never saw a server after two assurances from the host that they would be by soon. Not a busy night. Sat at the counter. Unfortunate. I left and wasn’t even acknowledged on the way out.

I’m providing a one star review. The manager “Cory” told his employees they can no longer use the restroom right in front of me. That’s unacceptable and I spoke to other employees and they said that is an often occurrence. Very disappointing to hear that from the employees about this manager.

The suggested tips are 25-22-20, with the 25 on the left side to trick you if you’re not paying attention. This is a bit excessive given that the servers get paid at least Seattle’s full minimum wage of $21, and considering the service is minimal (of course it is, which is fine—it’s a casual pizza place!). Pizza itself was up to par, though nothing special. One “personal” pie is plenty for two people. Wings need work though. Tiny and dry. They may be re-frying previously cooked wings in the oil to get them to come out hot.

Was really craving a fire wood baked pizza and it hit the spot just right. Very good pizza and very reasonable prices. Cheap and great quality
Expect to pay $30 for a personal pizza with a dry crust and very average flavor
Delicious gluten free pizza!
