Service was so disappointing! Reading other reviews, it seems like my experience happens often. I went in on a Saturday afternoon with my mom and sister. We were seated after a 2 minute wait at a corner booth, but once seated, no one approached us for over 15 minutes. We sat there looking around to get someone’s attention since we weren’t sure who our server was supposed to be. The servers were either chatting amongst themselves near the kitchen or serving the customers around us (who came in at the same time as us). They didn’t even acknowledge us and it seemed like they forgot us since we were in the corner booth (obstructed view). Our eyes did meet many employees, but none of them approached us, and went back to chatting away. I had to get up and tell the hostess who sat us that no one has helped up for over 15 minutes and she said she’d go check. 3 minutes later a server (who was one of the servers chatting earlier) came with waters and took our order, not even acknowledging how long it took them to finally serve us. It was obvious that we were hungry and irritated from our faces, but she acted as if nothing happened. At least come up with an excuse or something! Pretending like nothing happened made it even worst. When the food came out, everything was just lukewarm. It seemed like the food had been sitting out for a while. We ordered two pizzas, a salad, a pasta dish, and two Italian sodas. Everything was bland, lukewarm, and difficult to finish. The server’s name was Katherine. We usually tip at least 20% for bare minimum service. We did not tip this time because of the awful service.Would not recommend going here because the employees seem to have little to no experience in customer service.

Nice lunch spot. Large Caesar salad very tasty and big enough for 3. Pepperoni Stromboli great! Bbq pizza good, would try a different one when I return. .

I love one of the foods (Cesar chicken sandwich) at this place and has been a reliable customer of elemental. However, lately the store at U-village hired a waitress that has consistently given me the wrong order. Normally that’s okay as mistakes happen however this time was different as I called to order and repeated my order multiple times saying I needed 2 of the sandwiches to ensure she got it right. However when I arrived at the place, the waitress’s greeting was a bit rude, and had only 1 sandwich ready for pick up. When asked, she insisted that I only order one and was adamant about it. Mistakes happen but it helps when people take accountability for it. If you misheard the order say that but don’t fight back saying that’s not what you ordered!

I wouldn’t recommend walking in with 10 people and no reservation but we did and they were really kind and helpful in accommodating us.The pizza and salads were delicious. We also had a meatball app which was good too.

We met our mentor for the first time, so we made an appointment at a small pizza shop in Uvillage. This restaurant mainly serves wood-fired iron-plate pizza. It has a chain in Seattle.Mushroom pizza - it has truffle in the name, and it tastes really good. The base is very crispy, the wheat flavor is rich, and it's delicious.Classic tomato cheese - the fragrance of basil leaves is very delicious, and the cheese is light and fragrant after being sliced into large slicesChicken pizza - no, too salty, too old, not very tastyThis restaurant is suitable for vegetarian pizza. The price is not cheap anyway, but the thin base is really good.

Went on a busy Saturday for lunch. Burrata appetizer was quite good but needed more bread for the other ingredients.Meatball appetizer was OK. Bland in flavor and at room temperature.Got a build your own pizza and it was OK. Crust was meh and the sauce did not pop. We got olives on our pizza and they were very strongly flavored and they put a lot on the pizza so had to remove some as the taste was overwhelming.Service felt very rushed. Tried to take plates away before we were done, brought us the bill when halfway through food, didn't offer us dessert or even refill our waters. Wait staff kept walking behind my chair calling out "behind you!" every 2 or 3 minutes as they passed by which made it so I couldn't relax throughout the meal worrying that I was in their way. I appreciate that they didn't want me to get up as they were walking behind me with a tray full of food but it definitely affects the experience. The wait staff was courteous though.Overall would recommend to go to Tutta Bella instead as the pizza is better and so is the atmosphere.

Black Friday and Elemental couldn’t have done more to accommodate 10 of us. Really went beyond what was expected. Kudos to their staff. The pizza (I had the potato one) was excellent too!

The host was so rude towards me even to his coworkers a pizza maker. I was really considering punching his bad manners out of him ? I haven't thought about punching some one in over 20 some years! The pizza ? wasn't all that ether just hype! I don't recommend this restaurant to my worst enemy!

Great place for delicious pizza. They served our order fairly quickly, and our server was very friendly and welcoming. They do gluten-free crust in house; they have the flour, and pizzas are freshly made, which is great because most other restaurants have the pre-made base with smaller sizes.

Service was phenomenal but food was lacking a lot of flavor. I ordered the kids Mac n cheese and was not satisfied with the flavorless pasta. Atmosphere was ok considering the screaming kids behind us, over all 3 stars. If you are coming here stick to getting pizza.

I honestly don’t see what people are saying about this pizza. The dough is dense, hard, thick to chew, we took this pizza home so cannot comment on the vibe of the establishment itself but seriously there has to be better pizza out there!

So disappointed! I was so excited to take my daughter here because we love wood fired pizza. The service was horrible! Took 20 minutes for our waiter to even acknowledge us and we had to ask if we could order. The appetizer came out after our pizzas and my gluten free pizza was almost inedible. And let me tell you. When you are gluten free you can eat almost anything and convince yourself it’s good. So when you can’t eat it, you know it’s bad! I got the prosciutto and arugula and they completely burnt the prosciutto and cheese to the point it was rock solid and just fell off the crust. The crust tasted like dry matzah. It was so bad, I didn’t even take it home. When I let the waiter know how burnt it was, he just said sorry and still charged the full price. My daughter got the pesto and said it lacked salt and flavor. Very disappointing all around.
