Ok, first I would like to say that I love the PNW yet, after living here for 44 years, I miss New York Pizza, Pastrami sandwiches, the Brooklyn Dodgers (ok, that dates me) and bagels. I don’t care if people swear that their very favorite bagels are the best, if they aren’t from Eltana, they are not authentic. Eltana’s bagels are chewy, the right size(not gigantic and merely a circle of bread), well seasoned, boiled in honey water before baking and a throwback to my youth...read full review
