1st and last visit. I stood at a register waiting for the understaffed eatery to come take my order but not being a regular I was at the wrong register and the time I stood there more people came in and went to the right register and promptly served. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I don’t like toasted bagels so ordered it I toasted and the bagel was stale. My wife’s bagel also seemed stale. I could complain and try to get a refund but that’s such a hassle. I prefer to just write this review and let others know that the product isn’t spectacular by any means. I’ve had good bagels in Seattle but this place isn’t the spot for it.

Staff were very nice and helped process my refund when their Lox Cream Cheese tasted like Dill was the primary ingredient. I couldn’t even taste the Lox at all. Flavor & texture-wise I think these were actually the worst bagels and spread I’ve ever had. I would genuinely prefer grocery store bagels & Philadelphia cream cheese to this.

Coming from New Jersey, these aren’t my favorite bagels in Seattle. Most of their bagels tend to be kinda tough to chew. All of their bagels are in the smaller side and are pretty narrow in their width, especially the cinnamon raisin, which have a pretty wide hole. Their cinnamon raisin bagels also don’t have enough cinnamon or raisin. I want the raisins juicy and these miss the mark over and over again. Their everything bagels are okay. I like their rainbow bagels since they are wonderfully fluffy and chew perfectly. Plus, they kinda remind me of Egg bagels back home. If they made all of their bagels more similar to the rainbow bagels, I’d maybe come back more frequently. The bagels with cream cheese can also be pricey.

Got the rainbow bagel with almond honey cream cheese. Very good, a bit too much cream cheese for me but still delicious. The picture is after id scraped half of the cream cheese off.

$12 for literally the driest tiniest bagel I have ever eaten in my entire life. The bacon was also dry and the egg was bland.

Very expensive, did not have bacon, fried eggs or ketchup!
Ive been staring at this place for years and finally started coming in this year. The first visit, I tried a wheat sesame bagel with honey almond cream cheese. It was divine.
Today I took my time and built my own bagel. The bagels are so perfect with just the right amount of chewyness and crunch, unlike most overwhelmingly chewy bagels. I LOVE the generous amount of cream cheese! That is the only way to enjoy a bagel imo.
I'm excited to try the Shakshuka next.
