This is mine and my husband’s first time visiting Elysian brewing company restaurant and we will definitely come back and try it again! We had the foot-long bratwurst and you could really taste the beer! It was topped with a generous amount of sauerkraut, Dijon mustard on a poppyseed bun! Really delicious 😋! Our waitress was wonderful and took time with us! Thank you for the nice experience today! 💗

Everything was just okay. Nothing really wowed me or would make me want to come back. It's not bad but it's just not very exciting. The burger was nothing to write home about and overly salty. The fries were not hot when served and seemed like they were Sysco frozen fries. My cocktail was 90% ice. It just doesn't seem like a good value to be honest.

First time in Seattle and had to try a local brewery! Was not disappointed, will definitely return as a regular whenever the chance is given. Thank you to my server who gave us free stickers and bottle openers! Amazing hospitality and service.
