First time visit to Emma’s on 19 June. Upon arrival we were told they only had sides available and meats would be ready in 30 minutes.
Ordered chicken & brisket sandwich, Mac & cheese and potato salad. The chicken was very dry & brisket was chopped into little pieces and was dry. Sides were ok. Not a fan of Emma’s.

I have been trying to find good BBQ since I moved to the PNW. Emma’s BBQ isn’t good… it’s FANTASTIC! If you’re in the Seattle area you gotta stop in. Oh and Grandma Emma’s granddaughter is adorable and very sweet. She runs the front end of the restaurant. Much love to Emma!

What I got, bbq. Good, solid, wish I could cook it half that well at home. Different flavor profiles from others I have had around PNW. Should be the case, this is Emma's house. Emma's rules.
Brisket, well flavored, easily consumed.
Ribs, nice bark, barely hanging on the bone, good sized.
