Super cute cafe, feels very authentic! Stopped by for the first time about a week ago, and went a second time yesterday. Both times, we got excellent service, and the coffee was great! The barista on our second visit gave us a nice chat about the process and was very helpful in explaining some things I'd always been curious about! Highly recommend!

Espresso Vivace is that secret hand that will win you your poker game . Delightful!

While they certainly respect the term "ristretto," don't use Apple Pay, as their POS system is a shambles, and will most certainly charge you for something someone else ordered, with no help from the cashiers or baristas, who hate the system (well, except when they give up and give you a free one if it refuses to work at all). Kasey, the manager, will only offer several meters of red tape. Do yourself a favor and walk two more blocks to The French Guys. Instead of snarky service, you'll find a pleasant atmosphere where they'll remember your name after one visit, and if they goof up (even if the goof is just making too many of their wonderful pastries that day) you'll likely get a free croissant instead of a manager disputing what their own cashier noted as the problem.

Yummy yummy latte! First time here and the line builds up quickly behind you. Baristas weren't the most talkative or helpful with providing recommendations but I feel like it's like that anywhere you go so I wasn't expecting much, but a "hello how are you" would've been nice. Great spot to come and study or if you work remotely. They had a lot of seats to choose from, which I thought was great! The vibes here are great for reading a good book while sipping on your latte.

I went there 2 times and the lattewas very different. One day it was very bland and the next it was great.

The people working in this place have a very bad attitude. Bad service and disrespectful. Avoid this place.

The cafe Nico is good, it's their original house coffee drink and it's subtly sweet and tasty. The scone was ok, at best. The staff are very nice and attentive and the place feels iconic and unique. There's no doubt why this is a Seattle must for coffee.

Conveniently located but guess what? They omit drip coffee; wont sell it. They want your dough for their barista drinks. Pastries over-priced.

+$1.25 for alternative milk is crazy in today’s age. These guys must be sourcing their soy from their backyard garden, the difference in price between regular milk and alternative is negligible, stop charging extra for it.Decent little place but the staff were not very nice and overall it has a very pretentious feel.

I've been going to Vivace for years and recently the staff have been atrocious, rude, and on top of that you have to beg them to make your coffee the way you want it, even tho it costs 6- 7$. The amazing thing is they also expect a tip on top of all of this. There is one barista with rings all over her face that is extremely petty and weird. Asking about an extra charge on my latte shouldn't make someone so emotionally unhinged yet she does and says things to her coworkers to make them treat me not as well as they used too. It's like chill lady you aren't even the owner, you're just a worker. Can you be more pleasant to your costumers. Anyways there's a ton more rude staff than nice ones. It used to be so much more classier, warm, and friendly. I couldn't behave in this manner in my workplace.Getting your first cup of morning coffee should make you happy. Not make you angry or hurt with poor treatment.
